    Or is it me? When I navigate past this window:

    https://ndber.seai.ie/pass/ber/search.aspx

    I'm brought to some high level details about the property but I can't seem to download a physical report? Am I looking in the wrong place?

    I noticed that two weeks ago. I was hoping it was a glitch but maybe it’s no longer public information?
