    Hello guys,

I'm building a pc for someone, and need a bit of advice.
The budget is around 600-700 max, and needs to include monitor, windows, basic keyboard and mouse, no speakers.

Based on something I found on the internet, my current build looks something like this:
    AMD Ryzen 5 1400 3.2 GHz Quad-Core Processor
Deepcool GAMMAXX 200T 54.25 CFM CPU Cooler
MSI B450M PRO-VDH PLUS Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard
    Patriot Viper 4 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory
Crucial MX500 250 or 500 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Western Digital Caviar Blue 1 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
MSI GeForce GTX 1660 6 GB VENTUS XS OC Video Card
Aerocool Cylon ATX Mid Tower Case
Corsair CXM 550 W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply

    Display: LG 24MK430H-B

This build goes above 700 however, considering if I'd like to pick up windows as well. So here are things I'm not sure about:
    - decrease the total price: are there better valued GPU? Shall I decrease to 8GB RAM?
    - parts I'm not sure about: fan (some sites say it supports A4, some don't have it mentioned), PSU (can it be different and cheaper?), case (not even sure about this particular one, seems decent enough)

I'm also open to suggestions to completely different builds, thanks!
