    Trying to log on to youraccountonline.electricireland.ie to reset password. No email is being sent. Nothing in spam folder.

    Is there a different way to get my password?

    We have not been made aware of a broad issue with the online billing system, so we need to check the account.

    If you private message me the Electric Ireland account number, name, address, telephone number and email, stating that you are the account-holder, we can have a look as soon as possible.
