Hi all, I have an Aritech CS250 installed in my apartment that I believe has never been commissioned? I rang the security company that have a sticker on the panel but they told me it was too old and they’d rather swap it out. Does anybody know how I might go about commissioning it or setting it up? Does anybody know how I might go about commissioning it or setting it up?

Any installer would be able to set up that system for you.
My advise would be to shop around.
Company sounds like they are looking for an handy upgrade of your system.
