    You can see a braking surface machined onto the rims, so they're rim brake. They'd also include detail about them being disc specific were they made for discs.

    Yup - rim brake
    Rim
    Rim: Aluminium, Clincher
    Profile: 32mm
    Brake Surface: Aluminium

    Plus the brake track is visible in the photos

    (There are disk brake versions of that wheelset available but those are not them)
