Cheers for clearing that up bro! I’m more of a savoury guy (all the crisps), but I spend a fair amount of time in biscuits section and have never seen these!! I’ll have to have a suss for these in the shop later!

Oh bug**r. It turns out I cannot tolerate any alcohol. At all.
I've had about 1/2 a glass of cider and I feel woozy. It's my first drink in weeks, but I don't think that explains it. My legs feel like jelly!
Thought I was sensitive to sulphates, but this is organic?!

Meh, I won't miss alcohol anyway. It adds nothing.

I have just returned from a lovely peaceful walk along a forest path.
I tried to be mindful and listen in to each individual sound of nature. The birds, a stream, a bee even,something scurrying in the ditch.

She was great on GN I thought .
She said she spent a year getting toned up etc to be buff , and then they had to pad her ass out when she was on set
