Can't receive texts

Hi guys, So the girlfriend upgraded from s8 to s10+ but since changing Sims, she cannot receive any text messages. She can receive calls, make calls and send texts but receiving them...nope. Any ideas guys? Been looking online for ages.. 3 network

It seems to be happening to a few people. Try the steps on this site and hopefully it will you will get sorted.
