    Hi,

I'm a first time buyer and just completed on a house. I had a mortgage saver account and was eligible for €2000 cash bonus offer subject to DIRT. I was advised I could claim the DIRT tax back and would receive instructions on how to do so but haven't as yet. I'm just wondering if this is the case or if you had to buy your house between 2014 and 2017 to claim back the DIRT?
