Found this thread on something similar: https://www.reddit.com/r/HongKong/comments/afrmxk/buying_a_custom_pc_in_hk/

So it's hard what to recommend exactly.
    But generally, you'll want:
    Ryzen 2600 or 3600 CPU
    120mm/140mm tower cooler
B450 motherboard (if buying in a shop, ask them to update BIOS)
Crucial Ballistix Sport LT - 2x8Gb
Intel 660p 1Tb or similar NVMe
    dual-fan GTX 1660
A noise-dampened case like be Quiet or Fractal
    450-550W Gold-rated PSU
1080p monitor with 75 or 144Hz refresh rate.

    Thanks for the information.
Just wondering about the 'NVMe', I've never heard of this. After a google search I'm still baffled. What is the advantage of a NVMe over a SSD.
Also would it be difficult to get bluetooth on a PC?

NVME drives are faster than SSD's and they attach on to dedicated sockets on the board instead of using SATA leads.
You can get motherboards that have onboard Bluetooth.
