Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

They literally just bypassed that elbow there

It was nothing. He ducked into a player protecting the ball. That was not an elbow or forearm smash as people are describing

It's brilliant having Sky Sports, pays for itself when the alternative is RTE for games like this.

Wish I had it ... rte needs to be disbanded ... absolute ****e commentary

I haven't seen so many forwards all playing as well at the same time. Geaney, Cifford, Con, Mannion and Kilkenny all kicking great points. That last Geaney score was one of the best I have ever seen in a final.

What a ridiculously entertaining game so far. If Jack is injured, ball is in Kerry's court.

Just to expand on this, five different players scored 0-3 in the first half. That is a rare occasion in football, and must be close to unprecedented in an All-Ireland final.

Will agree to differ until I see the replays. Looked nasty in real time tbh.

If none of you lot outside of Dublin can see this ref being completely against Dublin then you need to cop onto yourselves. That ref is completely against the dubs. Kerry players literally upending the dubs and nothing.
The dubs sneeze and he blows for a free against us.

Unadulterated nonsense from the first syllable to the last.

Kerry definitely have the defensive platform to win this

well they were 4pts down the last day at half time... draw today so im guessing thats a positive for Kerry..... Dublin look like they could get a goal tho

    Rochy is a good pundit.
    No drama out of him

Well he seems to be sitting up straight and not making silly faces.

This a great game but hell Dublin are naive
They want to join the attack at will, there turnovered at will and then open at the back
    Schoolboy stuff

Noticed that alright, unlike them to be that open in the backs.

Think this can come from playing uncompetitive games, especially in Leinster.

Next 10/15 minutes will decide it. Dublin tend to have a bit 3rd quarter,if Kerry are there after 50/55 minutes, they are in with a great chance.

Kerry must be favorites at this point. Kerry has age on its side and Dublin's midfield malfunctioning again and their defense more porous than Kerry's.

In real time of course it does, but it definitely looked like a natural using the arm to protect the ball and fend off incoming players that every single player does. He doesn't deviate or raise it, the Dublin player dips probably trying to tap the ball out.

As I said, there's a case to stop play though as it's a head injury

Is it as warm in dublin as it is in Cork ? I was at a gaa game today in Cork and jesus it was warm then.

Kerry more than holding their own here . If they hadn't tried test the full back with the high balls in , they'd be 3 up at the moment

I don't understand why the RTE player needs to be so sh!te in 2019. Live streaming isn't some new tech that has a load of kinks to be ironed out. It's mature and all its problems have been solved.

The RTE player shouldn't be cutting out in this day and age.

I play rugby and that kind of action isn’t allowed anymore. Cop on. Whatever about hating the dubs but you’re all pathetic with your responses. I’ve no problem with the dubs being beaten by proper play but playing against a biased ref and a dirty side I won’t be happy with.

If you think that this game is dirty in any way I'd say you should stick to the auld rugger

Basically because they're broke from paying flutes more than treble what they're actually worth instead of investing in tech. But that's for another forum.

I call it as I see it, all I want is a fair game, played in the right spirit with an abundance of skill and good play. From ALL concerned. This referee has not acquitted himself well and has been the only black mark on an otherwise enthralling game.
But how can you say that you call it as you see it when, according to you, a foul on a Kerry player inside the box 2 weeks ago wasn't a penalty while the exact same foul on a Dublin player today was a stonewall penalty.
