    Has anyone an activation code for Endnote X9?
    I need it for college but can't afford the license.

    If you actually *need* if for college, then it will be available on college computers, and they probably have a student licensing agreement too.

    Otherwise, Microsoft Word has referencing features and is available from €7 per month.

    Mendeley also a good, free option.
