Jaysus keep your knickers on grandma

I don't wear knickers personally but, yeah, that would be the best place for them... on Grandma. Should've used a comma there, Sport.

    Otherwise...

    Wtf is BEO

Judges call... Do we need to give a reason??

It's only been needed for the last 1,198 posts but I'm not sure.

By choice or obligation... Its not clear. My vote should count.

I see some common sense is prevailing in here. Good.

    I'm less angry now.

I wonder if I can put the time spent on this tournament into a general admin code when filling in my timesheets for today.

I'm getting work to set up a special code for me on the phones marked 'Boards Tournaments' as apparently I have to give 4 weeks notice and cant just quit to monitor the thread :pac:

It's crystal clear. It's on the first page. No it shouldn't :p

    I'll post again for ya.

Here's the rules for Round 1

    1. Each match is made using a Random Number Generator.

    2. You must give a reason for your choice or it won't count. It's more fun this way. Some people cast a vote with just their choice and then go back to edit it and include a choice. This is allowed once your post is edited by the time the count begins i.e. fairly quickly.

    3. The first biscuit to receive 8 votes goes through to the next round.

Horrible to hear, Gerry. Punch yourself in the nuts or something to get the bile rising.

Apologies... Carry on reasons next time

A poor imitation of the crisp competition.

The passions not there, the piss just isn't hot enough in people about biscuits.

    Has to be said.

Although probably true it ought to eat up in the semis and finals.

Not everything in life is as good as everything else it the same category; which is the whole theme of these competitions you insufferable dingbat.

Hobnobs are better than digestives. Better flavour. Health angle. Digestives are mass appeal.

    HOBNOBS.

Dark Chocolate doesnt belong on a biscuit but hobnob over digestives

  • Moderators, Society & Culture Moderators Posts: 7,053 Mod ✭✭✭✭Hannibal_Smith

    Vote Abstain

Reason I don't like dark chocolate.

  • Registered Users Posts: 14,714 ✭✭✭✭Earthhorse

    Dark Chocolate Digestives

They just taste better than most other biscuits in existence. Simple as that.

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,790 ✭✭✭Deebles McBeebles

Given I have recently consumed a pack of chocolate Hobnobs while drunk and believe it to be what preempted a hangover, has to be Hobnonbs.

blugh, wouldn't eat either tbh but as I need to choose, Hobnob wins as they've a more interesting texture than a boring ol digestive.

(I will admit, Im definitely not as into biscuits as crisps! my crisp reasoning was much more passionate!)

  • Registered Users Posts: 9,019 ✭✭✭Gregor Samsa

I abstain. Dark chocolate isn't food. It's like pitting Harpic Toilet Blocks against Cotton Wool.

  • Banned (with Prison Access) Posts: 9,078 ✭✭✭IAMAMORON

I am saying dark chocolate HOB NOBS.

My reason is that the poo breath which is delivered after the consumption of a digestive is not great for anyone, particularly if they have been drinking over-milked tea.

    Dark Chocolate Hob Nobs please.

Noone is going to get animated over some of the biscuits that need knocking out in this round. When it gets to the latter stages, we will see.

  • Registered Users Posts: 14,714 ✭✭✭✭Earthhorse

    This is a f*cking travesty.

Have to agree, S. I'm finding it difficult to truly want to murder someone. Whether its because of the biscuits I am not sure.

    Currently 5-1 to Hobnobs

Dark chocolate digestives get my vote but I would rather milk chocolate digestives
