    I know the kitkat is a bar, and I only voted for it in the last round to get rid of the spiteful chocolate kimberley, but it gets my vote again this time too. Solid combo of wafer and chocolate. Not really gone on the snack shortcake.

    Don't think either of them are biscuits, but I'd choose the kit kat every time.

    Also, Jaffa cakes are more of a biscuit than any Fox's will ever be, with their sneaky coconut added to everything for no good reason.
