    https://www.vice.com/en_us/article/59n99q/milo-yiannopoulos-says-hes-broke

Far-right provocateur Milo Yiannopoulos is broke and no longer able to make a living selling racism, xenophobia and bullying after being banned from twitter and facebook.

"I spent years growing and developing and investing in my fan base, and they just took it away in a flash."

Right-wing conman Jacob Wohl, who was banned from twitter earlier this year, echoed Yiannopoulos' statements.

    You love to see it.

Wasnt a righty that created this thread and used the term.

"Works" implies that preventing certain political ideologies from having a legitimate competitive chance in a democracy is somehow a good thing.

I'm a right wing culture warrior?? Haha.

Listen, you're the last person who should be going around saying someone has 'weird views' given some of what I've seen you post in recent times. For example, when I recently made the argument that the US Republican Party wasn't "the party of white supremacy" (as you had laughably declared them to be) you said that that view made me a "racist":

If you deny that obvious racism is racism - and a quick look at your posting history strongly suggests that is the case - yes, that would certainly make you a racist.

Which is very relevant to this current thread topic in fact, as people such as yourself, who regularly throw the terms 'racist' and 'fascist' around like confetti at people, instantly putting them on the same level as Hitler, just because they dared challenge an aspect of the far left's narrative these days, are really the ones with the 'weird views' - and dare I say it - the ones who are behaving in fascistic way too, given that you lot are the ones that want people to be silenced / deplatformed purely because you don't like their views. One look at the list of speakers which Antifa have protested over the last few years confirms that: Ben Shapiro, Christina Hoff Sommers, Jordan Peterson, Lauren Southern etc... hardly the third reich now tbf.

Why do people bring the Americans into it. You just need to look at how Simon Harris is behaving to see how facism has been allowed to prosper within our own political system. His treatment of Doctors, complete contmept for people and using his power as a minister to influence social media to fit his political narrative is straight out of the facist handbook.

As I said on the Antifa thread, just because the left SAY that they are fighting fascism, doesn't make it so. That's just a guise, a facade, a way to hide in plain sight. Their (the left's) behavior is more fascistic than the majority they condemn. Wanting to silence those you disagree with is not anti-fascistic, it's fascist for heaven sake. You can say you're a horse as much as you like but if you look and walk like a duck, you're a duck.

    *Horse = Anti-fascist.
    *Duck = fascist.

They are hard left, that is, communists. Not fascists. Both of them don't tolerate dissenting opinions, but they shut them down with prejudice. Prison, the forced labour kind, was common punishment for expressing dissent in ex-communist countries.

    Two opposing positions.

One side debates the other largely through use of fact based rational arguments, spoken at volume level 5.

The other side appears welded to an opinion that demands suffocation and shutdown of the opposing position, screamed for at volume level 1000.

It's using accurate terms to describe people and their actions.

Milo Yiannopoulos is a fascist and a grifter - I'd be surprised if you disagreed with that to be honest. You could also add pedophile apologist in there if you liked.

Milo Yiannopoulos is a nationalist socialist? Are you actually saying this?

    Political agitation through violence
Taking back 'former territories' through aggressive foreign policy (restoring former glory)
    Censorship of press and academia
Strict redefining of national identity (along ethnic, cultural, and sexual lines)
    Distrust of monarchism and clericalism
Totalitarianism, and absolute antipathy to both democratic and union movements
    Autarky and economic dirigism

These are the defining characteristics of fascism. I could see how something like Sinn Fein would fit some of those criteria, but I'm not seeing how Milo does.

Milo fits this description because Antifa says so. You don't have to be a fascist to be a fascist, you just need to be called one.

look this is beyond any political or social leanings people may have. (any political spectrum/map test i've ever done have me left of centre and liberal, i'm just not sooper dooper kool aid guzzling liberal).

today its people on the right getting deplatformed. in a few years the wind will have shifted and it will go the other way. this is nothing more than a primitive version of China's social credit nightmare. its not good.

I think they called it's the socialisation of medicine back in the day. It's exactly what he's doing to medicine. Dictacting to social media doesn't need any explanation, it's government control of the media.
His actions definitely have the Hallmark of facism.

Problem with this narrative is he wasn't de-platformed for being a "fascists" now was he.

This is the main issue, deplatforming I'd only good when you don't agree with the politics of the person.

There already have been numerous examples of people on the both sides of the political spectrum deplatformed based upon false allegations.

The worse I have seen was the case of the American lesbian who was being sexually harassed by a trans female and basically deplatformed when complaining about it.

Also think of the tools used to deplatform, what happens when they fall into the hands of someone like Trump.

Wait, sorry, how is Simon Harris a fascist? Again, I'm not a particular fan of Simon Harris, but the term fascist seems to be more abused than the word literally in a context like this.

I went to Mc Donalds, but I find their fries too fascist, so I had their latte, which is only a little fascist (and a good price). Unfortunately all their staff are so fascist (probably due to their low wages), but I suppose you aren't paying for service. But the worst thing of all, when I went to sit down, I found that the table was left completely fascist from the previous customers. Yuck.

Lazy ****e talk. Fascism can't come from the left. They mean different things you na na.

The term fascism bandied about today is a pejorative, it is used to describe any political position a speaker does not like. Fascism is the system of government that creates private cartels, centrally plans the economy to subsidise producers, exalts the police state as the source of order, denies fundamental rights and liberties to individuals, and makes the executive state the unlimited master of society.

Now if you look to the most famous exponent of fascism as a system of government you will find one Benito Mussolini who won a democratic election in 1922 and established fascism as his philosophy. Mussolini had been a member of the Italian Socialist Party. Socialists crossed over to join the fascists en-masse and if you look at the international press for the period the general theme was one of glorification as an exemplar of the type of leader needed in the age of the planned society. The general view in the 30s was that democracy had failed.

Another interesting historical facet of fascism is the almost incredible collaboration between men of the extreme right and the extreme left in its creation. As has been pointed out by some of todays commentators the motives, the arguments, and the forms of expression of todays identity politics are different but all drive in the same direction and so ANTIFA is the classic manifestation in the politics of fascism today.

Net Zero means we are paying for the destruction of our economy and society in pursuit of an unachievable and pointless policy.

Do do realise that the Nazis were left wing, the narrative has changed over the years but even the name nazi means National Socialist German Workers' Party.

The people that are doing most damage through online media are left wing activists, spreading lies and trying to destroy those people that dont agree with their extreme world view, the sooner the pendulum moves back towards the center the better as these guys are the most intolerant bunch of narcissist I have ever seen, worse still is they find positions in media companies like Vice, New York Times, Buzzfeed, The Guardian, Mother Jones, The daily Beast in order to spread their ideology and smears without the readers realising they are being manipulated.

Milo Yiannopoulos was blacked balled because he made some statements in favour of young gay boys having sex with older gay men, if he did not do this he would still be on TV criticising the PC SJW culture.

That was it, it was paedo-ey comments that quite rightly ended his appeal, especially in right wing circles where it is still abhorred and not welcomed as a ‘sexual preference’ like it is in some left circles.

When calling people names doesn't work, up the ante, go for the low blow.

'Nobody likes you, you stink and your literily hitler'

Christ, that's not even much of an exaggeration.

Learn to use logic. Don't call people names. People's personalities and social status have no bearing on the validity of what they say. Being dinengenuous makes people doubt your honesty in other contexts.

These are things you should have learned in junior infants.

theres has been a long concerted effort by a small fringe of the left to have it accepted. From ted talks about it being 'a natural orientation' to documentaries about accepting virtuous paedophiles and those people in the LGBT movement encouraging child drag queens, Im surprised you haven't come across this at all, its really quite visible.
