Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Looking at a house in Dublin City, which is zoned Z2 residential conservation area in the current Dublin City Council Development Plan. It is not an Architectural Conservation Area (ACA)

Does anyone know if permitted development rights still applies in such a case? I can't find anything on the Dublin City Council website saying one way or the other.
