Hahaha I don’t know, I highly doubt partners have time to check up on keen applicants on boards

maybe the recruitment ppl then? i’m sure they could glean something actually valuable from this thread

Just got A&L pfo, congrats to everyone who got it!

    Well deserved considering the competition.

Meanwhile, have to go through this again next September

Didn’t get an A&L interview but hats off to them for sending PFOs at the same time as offers! It would be great if more firms did this.

I’m still waiting for a call, e-mail, carrier pigeon (PFO or otherwise) from the others today but hard luck and chin up!

Matheson and A&L offers are out - at least some, I'd imagine it's up to the partner who interviewed you to choose a time to call

Ok there’s hope yet! If it was HR you would have expected the calls to be done in one block but now I would think it could be anytime today?

Just got the PFO from McCanns

  • Registered Users Posts: 102 ✭✭T.Chunter164

Been a rough few days after the PFO's, guess I'll have to go through the whole process again next year.

It's terrible, but I guess that why when you do finally get that contract, it feels so.....good.

Anyone get any word from HOMS?

  • Registered Users Posts: 47 starfishxxo

Offers for 2021, but would be ready to start next year. Anyone have any idea on the odds of gaining a place in the 2020 intake? I know some firms take pre-trainees as required too

  • Registered Users Posts: 47 starfishxxo

    No, nothing here anyway :)

Wondering this too! I’ve had a few offers but for the September 2022 intake and ideally wanted to get in earlier. Does anyone have an insight on whether any of the firms take on people prior to completion of their FE-1s? In a pre-trainee, paralegal, legal assistant etc capacity?
