Vanilla powder in shops?

Has anybody seen vanilla powder anywhere? (I'm specifically looking for the powder version, not the paste or liquid extract). I know the vanilla harvest was very poor last year or so and there was no powder to be found in shops, and exorbitantly priced online. Anybody seen it around lately?
