Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Dana Delaney was a bit of a minx in her time. Would definitely have given her a dart.

Still is, J. Should bring that that “I’d like to speak to the manager” haircut though.

She was excellent in that “HouseSitter” with Steve Martin and Goldie Hawn. She also popped up in that awful “Desperate Housewives”.

Well worth a five fingered “flute salute”.

Hell yeah and still looks pretty good these days.

Rejoice in the awareness of feeling stupid, for that’s how you end up learning new things. If you’re not aware you’re stupid, you probably are.

If going for the nostalgia this one is a biggie for me, fond memories of this and cities of gold

More recently Dexter, really struck me as one of the cleverest intros

    Red Dwarf.

    Star Trek DS9.

    Grange Hill.
    Match of the Day.
    The Sunday Game.

And it left a huge impression but not in a good way...
    Star Trek Voyager.

There never be another show like it.

Great stuff including The Phantom flan flinger 'later revealed to be Ben Mills, a taxi driver from Cheswick Green near Solihull.' Spit the dog and the Dying Fly dance.

It’s not a cool theme tune if it doesn’t cram fighting crime into the lyrics

It must be about 25 years since I last watched/heard that. Thanks for posting it! :)

Who do you think you are kidding Mr Hitler...

The graphics were great. But the genius and source of fascination lay in the two letters "Mr.". So polite. So British. So correct. Even in the context of the threat from a brutal murderous megalomaniac, he is accorded his title.
It's the small detail that elevates the ordinary, to perfection.

    Six Feet Under:

The whole series is highly recommended, unless you have recently suffered a bereavement.

Death has this much to be said for it:
You don’t have to get out of bed for it.
    Wherever you happen to be
    They bring it to you—free.

    Baywatch was a guilty pleasure.

In my student days , I wouldn't have dared to have admitted watching it to my college friends, preferring to discuss the importance of 1970s Pink Floyd, the environment, boycotting Nestle products or some other such "right on" topic.

Let's face it...Baywatch was visual masturbation and there was eye candy galore for the guys and gals to ogle over, straight or gay. The actual plots of the episodes were irrelevant. It was all about storing those hot characters for the **** Bank.

    Heaven.

Jeff Conaway and Andy Kaufman in the credits there. Kenickie. :(

Saw this first as a tiny kid when it was rerun on telly, then never again until about 25 years later when the complete series came out on DVD

    Was still brilliant!

    Highway to heaven

    Knots landing

    Little house on the prairie

Very memorable opening credits but a brutal show. Michael Landon had such a God complex.

And Little House On The Prairie was pretty messed up at times.
