    Hi cant upload payslips for loan as password protected and cant remove it, is there an email I can use....

    Generally the password for doc-u-sign is sent to you separately within 24 hours of the initial email being received. If this timeframe has since passed we would recommend that you forward this directly to our lending team at directsalescca@boi.com and one of our advisors will be more than happy to look into this for you. Please include as much information as possible.
