Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Asking for a friend not her house officially yet but she’s concerned about it has to wait for surveyor anyone here any knowledge of why or how this would happen does it indicate major repairs

    I think the second is Google Maps too, from streetview.

    It looks like perhaps a flue or extract pipe coming through the ridge and some ridge tiles have been poorly replaced. Maybe they converted the attic and put in a shower, so have an extract flue from it?

    Either way if she's already getting a surveyor to look at it, just let them look at it OP. None of us could have any remote idea what's going on there, especially not from Google Maps screenshots.
