Have had no problems with receiving from Three Rock (in D16) using CH30 (546) as Mux 1, CH33 (570) as Mux2.

All of a sudden no signal on Mux2...Mux1 still over 85% Quality and Signal. Aeriel is in attic so wondering if weather related or have I missed something obvious?

Has anything changed in the attic to affect reception, extra stuff dumped in the attic, aerial moved or knocked over, bad connection, damaged/kinked cable, etc. etc.

Is the aerial connected to 1 TV or more, if more is the signal the same at all TV points?

Nothing moved in the attic...I’ll have to dig around all the cables I reckon...very strange so thought the weather might have caused something...guess it’s more technical related :(

Just try a rescan of your TV first. You may be able to pick up the new Kippure multiplexes on channels 34 and 35 without doing anything.

NEVER, EVER EVER rescan when you lose signals. It just deletes the channels from the receivers memory so when the fault is cleared you don't know.

Well, the OP states clear reception of Mux1, so after a rescan it will still be available, won't it!

Solved, issue with the shotgun coax...was last on the list of suspects and of course it was that...Thanks for the suggestions!

Of course it will but MUX2 will be deleted from memory so he won't know when it returns.

But he seems to have fixed it now anyway.
