Suffering from a chronic condition (Costochronditis) and gone through all the painkillers/anti-inflammatories/steroid injections with no relief at all. I would like to contact a nutritionist to see if I can overhaul my diet to see if I can tackle the issue that way and I'm sure it will do me no harm in the long run anyway.…

Any recommendations in Mayo (Castlebar preferably as I work there).

I would recommend you look for a Dietician, not a nutritionist.
