HI a friend of mine i setup a 4g tplink usb router for him in his house which works fine he has a shed a 200 meters away from the house which he wants to extend the wifi from the box over to shed . The shed is on a difference esb mains from the house so he cant use powerline adapters to get it over . There is a telephone cable from the shed to the house which has 4 wires can he use this by putting ethernet cable connections on both sides of the wire to carry wifi over.

Ethernet carry signal up to 100m distance.

This is some problem on its own. Consult with electrician re "difference in grounds", should not hard-wire network equipment that is on independent power without protective equipment.

Even if its X2 twisted pair(potentially can give you Fast Ethernet - up to 100Mbps), your plan failing first two paragraphs.

Research options for WiFi bridge(or similar) or fiber($$)

I Found this solution online save messing with wires if it works.
