    Electricity Ireland contractors working on the footpath outside my house have caused damage to my boundary wall. Who can I contact about this matter? Thanks

    Usually it is ESB Networks who carry out outdoor work relating to the electricity network. The telephone number for the relevant department in ESB Networks is 1850 372 757. They may require your home's MPRN also.

    Technicians working on behalf of Electric Ireland carry out processes in a home such as installation of PAYG meters and smart home devices.
