For detailing Taff's Valeting in Nenagh or MX Valeting in NCW are the best around.

I've only ever heard good things about MX valeting.

Mechanic wise, Séamus McGrath is brilliant. I'm fussy and he does all the work on my cars.

In fairness to him he simply mentioned them.
He certainly didn't praise them or push them in any way.......a lot more guys would.

Simply out of curiosity. Seamus is only back in the Mechanic side of things for the past couple of years after a 25 year stint in Sales.

Who were you using until Seamus came back on the Scene ?

He began trading under his own name again in 2012 after spending seventeen years with Elm Motors until they closed.

    I know who Seamus is.
I was asking another poster who they were using prior to Seamus leaving Elm Motors. Is he really in Sexton St since 2012 ? Doesn't seem that long.

I was using a mechanic in Kerry who has sinced passed away. I gave Aidan Frahill a try after hearing good things on here and wasn't happy so gave Seamus a try and was very happy and have been since. He did work on my two cars including installing a complete new set of brake lines in my classic which was a pig of a job that several BMW specialists wouldn't even quote me for as it such a horrible task. It was done for the quote he gave me even though it took 3 times as long as expected. He is a gentleman too. The only reason I'd imagine someone wouldn't want to work for him is he is a stickler for detail and every job needs to be done right.

McGrath employs a mechanic who has expertise in electrical installations like the type you need. Most garages don't do those kind of jobs in house but sub contract a specialist auto electrician. In Limerick the main ones are John O'Shea on the Dock Road and Christy Madden, Eastlink Business Park.

For your Detailing work, try Tim O'Dwyer detailing in Tipperary Town. He does top class work, and you can see samples of his work on facebook and contact details. He is a registered professional. His trade name is TJ Auto Detailing
