Are we on course for 4 BP wins in the Grp stages???

  • Hosted Moderators Posts: 8,151 ✭✭✭fitz

Stockdale slightly over ran there - would have been a great try.

If that final pass had gone to hand, it was a run in and would have been one of the tastiest tries we've scored in ages.

Disappointing yet another entry to the 22 that we leave with nothing....

How is that now a penalty for a shove?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,392 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

Stuart Hogg is a great man for pretending to not know the rules.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,300 ✭✭✭✭razorblunt

If that was in play then wouldn’t it be a penalty to Ireland for a tackle without the ball?

He’s taken all of the dirty ball in this game. G’way with yourself.

Great player but comes across as having a really bad attitude.

Probably being harsh on him. Must be frustrating being part of that team.

Bit of dwarf tossing from Stockdale.

Is next year's 6N Ireland Scotland match in Lansdowne Road or Murrayfield?

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,935 ✭✭✭jacothelad

In fairness he did post in English, and not Irish. He must be trying to appease the Unionists.

apart from those who speak Irish of course...:D

    Lansdowne Rd.

Scotland are so so bad. Ireland really could have done with a test today.

I HATE refs not penalising defenders for pulling players over the ruck.

Its a clear unambiguous penalty every time!!!

    Horrible day for the Scots.

Nice that Ringrose is shutting everyone up here, again.

    Henderson for me.

Makes sense to give Carty kicking practice.

Some line from Farrell, looked like he passed a bit early though. He's had 2 moments of real class for a player labelled as a bruiser.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,300 ✭✭✭✭razorblunt

The bench have been fantastic, Farrell, the props, Carty and McGrath slotting in brilliantly. Beirne and Conan all doing their jobs.

Farrell is taking some massive hits

    Pom, sexton, Murray already gone

It's now a 4 score lead with that 3 pointer. Smart option.

Rory Best has been superb. Answering his critics in the best way possible. No lost lineouts so far.

Not only his tackling but at the end of every good move he has been there clearing out rucks and securing ball. Brilliant shift.

Well that's a complete lack of consistency with other games.

Yellow card for Ireland is perfect. Absorb pressure for 10 mins without fear of losing.

  • Hosted Moderators Posts: 8,151 ✭✭✭fitz

    Very harsh yellow.
