There are mastectomies being done on 13 year olds in the US. One of the main gender doctors in Los Angeles said they can get more if they regret that later. Whatever about breast reconstruction try penis reconstruction - I have seen stories of under 18s having theirs removed. Its barbaric. And the gender theory ideology behind it all has been defended to the hilt by some on this site. And a lot of other regular people in the world have been so bamboozled by social policy advocates that they think affirmation is genuinely the best response.

The number of cases of gender dysphoria has increased explosively in recent years, especially among young people. I am appalled at the drastic, irrevocable and unscientific treatment. This may be our country’s biggest healthcare scandal ever.
On September 5, 17 parents of children with gender dysphoria wrote an op-ed in the Swedish newspaper Dagens Nyheter on the epidemic of gender dysphoria among children and young adults (18 to 25 years). They describe an epidemic in which social contacts play a major role.
In psychiatry, it is common for epidemics to spread socially. Some other examples are eating disorders and self-harm behavior.
Through internet, the social spread has been made easier and thus has increased. It started with contacts via sms. The increase became exponential through the rise of social media. The trend grew additionally with smart phones.
When eating disorders and self-harm behavior began to increase, the health care provider community tried its best when it came to treatment. I will exemplify how we approached self-harm behavior, that started to appear in the early 1990s.
Initially, we forced these young people into treatment, and kept them under constant surveillance with the aim to reduce self-harm. The result was quite the opposite.
The youth felt monitored as if they were in prison, their levels of anxiety increased, the self-harm behavior escalated and the blood was literally splashing. There were many restraining belt interventions and forced medication.
But we learned. We realized there was a great spread of contamination and we tried to avoid hospitalization in closed wards.
After a decade, research has shown promising results through psychotherapy. Today, practices across the country are treating self-harm behavior with scientifically rooted psychotherapy. Often, patients stop injuring themselves within three months.
From 2014, the six gender dysphoria reception centers for children has seen an avalanche of referrals. In 2013, Stockholm received 24 referrals. In the years 2016 to 2018, 197 to 239 referrals came annually, this is an eight to ten-fold increase in three years, according to an article in Swedish newspaper Expressen.
There is a corresponding increase in all the reception centers in the country. Thousands of children and young adults are likely to have received sex-corrective treatment over the past five years.

Unlike the epidemic of self-harm behavior, care providers are not exploring to find the right treatment. Instead, on a broad front, drastic treatment with high doses of sex hormones and breast and genital surgery is introduced. This despite the lack of any scientific evidence for these treatments for children, and probably not for young adults either.
Research shows that at least 75 percent of patients with gender dysphoria have other psychiatric problems. In the group of children and young adults, autism, eating disorders, self-harm behavior and abuse are common. For all these conditions there is evidence-based treatment. Given such, gender dysphoria often disappears, as it is usually secondary to these conditions.
The brain undergoes major changes during adolescence. Development takes place from the posterior part of the brain and moves forward. The last part of the brain to mature is the front lobe. This is where the capacity for holistic thinking, empathy and judgment lies. The brain is only fully developed at 25 to 30 years of age.
Since gender dysphoria often is secondary to psychiatric conditions for which there is evidence-based treatment and gender-corrective therapy for adolescents lacks scientific support, all gender-corrective therapy for patients younger than 25 years should be discontinued.
There needs to be an independent investigation into the probably biggest health scandal in our country’s history.

It is most definitely a social contamination via the technology used today which is ubiquitous.


There will come a day (too late for the poor souls today) when this barbarity and stupidity will be stopped and I hope recriminations follow swiftly for every single person/parent/politician/lecturer/medic/social policy maker/t++++ organisations and stupid, stupid commercial companies that have adopted this cruel and insane crud.


The harm to the victims, women's rights and the LGB community is already enormous.

Why are they going to be one of the many early pubescent females having their breasts removed or being bound so tightly to their ribs that they deform themselves?

The doctor O'Shea, said about 50% of people wanting to change gender have mental problems yet society is fine with people doing it because they want to do it.

I was browsing twitter the other day and seen loads of people with these "uses he/her pronouns". Like ffs, why should the majority of society have to fit into the minorities world?

These children are getting their birth certs changed, they can have a passport change, they can have chemicals from the age of 8 (in the US) and 11 (in the UK). They can have their breasts removed under age 13 in the US. Ever younger they can claim to actually BE - not imagine but BE - the opposite sex - eg sports, showering, access to spaces.

So that is one side and yet these children cannot fight against ever increasing evidence that disease affects the biological sexes much differently. Cancer mutates differently depending on your biological sex DNA. Medicines affect male and female bodies differently. This is an area of research only really opening up and will eventually show quite large differences between male and female DNA no matter how people would like to push for ''sameness''.

So what will be done with these children who will have been told they are actually the opposite sex - so much so that they must be mutilated to embody the opposite sex - when it comes to medical reality? What kind of a fcuk up is that going to be for their heads?

If this sh!te has been going on in the 1990s I’d have been subjected to gender reassignment surgery, hormones etc. As a kid I went through a phase of being bitterly jealous of how adults seemed to fawn over girls and look down on boys, and apparently this manifested in repeatedly stating that I wanted to wear dresses and be treated like a girl, I would have been maybe 4 or 5 at the time (when my social circle was just becoming aware of all the “ladies first” crap and the adults would push us all to go along with with it) - I grew out of that within about two years but if I had been a 2010s kid I’d probably be half way to lifelong trauma and therapy by now due to adult intervention to make my “dream” a reality.

I really feel sorry for kids who are being put through this sh!t, and it really frightens me not only how quickly it’s become mainstream, but also how quickly and effortlessly the lobby in favor of it has managed to shut down and vilify any public debate about it.

They lost 2016 because a lot of usual Democrat voters couldn't bring themselves to vote for Hilary Clinton and they abstained. Many folk I know in New York, who are seasoned Democrats, simply couldn't abide her.

Those that didn't turn up 3 years ago may show next year just to get rid of Trump.

At the end of the day though, it doesn't matter who is sitting in the White House.
