Just been giving quotes for an extension/renovation that are way above budget. Question is, have build prices gone back up to Celtic tiger era? Are builders hiking prices to cover themselves for brexit? I'm considering leaving the job till a future date once planning is secured and brexit settles down. Do u think this is a…
