Changing billing/forwarding address

    Hi there, 

    We were originally trying to change our billing/forwarding address for ESB bills, and they advised we contact our provider/Electric Ireland to change our forwarding address.

    We've our account number, MPRN, phone number, etc.
    Would you be able to help us change our forwarding address?

    Just private message us the Electric Ireland account number, name, address (either the supply address or current billing address), telephone number, and state for GDPR (Data Protection) that you are the account-holder, along with the forwarding address you wish to update to.
