If you're asked which you prefer between l'ecrivain and McDonalds and by your admission you haven't eaten in l'ecrivain then by process of elimination your preference would have to be McDonalds. Unless of course you think "well I've eaten in McDonalds and I didn't like it. Poor quality. I've heard fantastic things about l'ecrivain and looked at menu and it looked fab so my preference would be l'ecrivain". I think that's acceptable too.

So I've watched GOT, absolutely loved it. Stayed up til all hours to watch the new released episodes. Had GOT themed parties. I'm a huge fan. never watched Legion, didn't appeal to me. Therefore I vote for GOT.

Or I watched Legion. It was utter trash. I didn't watch GOT but I've heard all about it from friends. Sounds amazing. I'm definitely gonna watch so I'll vote for it.
