    BB was a long slog, whereas BB was extremely funny.

    'Breaking Bad'

    It redefined TV in a number of ways and also gave us the even better 'Better Call Saul'. Plus again, brilliant characters many of which could have their own show.

    Breaking Bad just about gets it because it really was one of the most compelling shows I've ever watched.

    I love both these shows for obviously very different reasons. But Breaking Bad gets my vote for being utterly gripping from start to finish and ending in the right way at the right time before it jumped the shark!

    Black books is fantastic comedy but honestly there's a few others I'd rate ahead of it, while Breaking Bad is easily one of the best shows ever so I'm going to go with Breaking Bad

    Black Books, as Dylan Moran and Bill bailey were brilliant together, and it was consistently dirty

    (side note BB vs BB Which ever wins, alliteration has lost. Not to mention Bill bailey)
