Star Trek cause Necro wouldn't let me nominate them ALL

And star trek is amazingly nerdy which makes it brilliant

Star Trek, for its legacy. It literally gave us a new universe and so many other shows borrow from it

star trek gets my vote. it was a 5 year mission to explore new worlds and civilizations, to boldly go where no man has gone before. They done that, and lots more.

Ster Trek,, top notch Sci fi for its time and that followed were epic, maybe not the new one though, that's a bit ****e

Star Trek, overacting and dodgy sets couldn't take away from its brilliance.

    FNL for Kyle Chandler. Yummina!

Hmm RDA copper wire and a mullet versus FNL clear eyes full hearts cant lose

Has to be McGyver for the mullet and the imaginative things he could do with a match

MacGyver gets my vote. One of my picks, very likeable lead character, great escapes, great 80's dialogue and music. Everything I like.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,926 ✭✭✭Clarabel

McGyver, cause he was my first crush.

Friday Night Lights, especially for that pretty perfect first season

Friday Night Lights. It's the type of show I would really enjoy for bingeing.

MacGyver was kind of sh1t really tbh.

The start of episodes of the Next Generation changed the speech with Captain Jean-Luc Picard's intro:

Space: the final frontier. These are the voyages of the starship Enterprise. Its continuing mission: to explore strange new worlds. To seek out new life and new civilizations. To boldly go where no one has gone before.

Pity it's not in the tournament.

Mcguyver. Another show I watched with my siblings and thoroughly enjoyed. Sure a lot of it is ridiculous looking back. The door wasn't even locked.. you didn't need to use a shoelace, chewing gum and an old button to rig an explosive to the doorhandle!!! It's a bit like Bear Grylls drinking his own p!ss while camping down the road from a Hilton.. but it just makes good tv!

McGyver , because this song sums it up - Pal Of My Cradle Days ... (ok , cradle is a stretch but ye get the drift :D)

  • Registered Users Posts: 10,958 ✭✭✭✭Electric Nitwit

    MacGyver, for the nostalgia

I really liked FNL but it's place as my American Football "drama" of choice has been replaced by Last Chance U!

I've not seen Friday night lights so it be unfair to give Mcgiver a vote.

MacGuyver gets my vote, huge part of my childhood, highlight of the week when it was on. Pure fantasy, but he’d cool hair and theme tune was cool.
