Once again, I'm voting Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Awesome theme song, awesome characters, and way ahead of it's time.

It shouldn't win this outright but it's infinitely better than MacGyver.

McGyver gets my vote, primarily as I nominated it. Also, I will stick with my love of 80s tv reason. Never really watched Buffy, but I enjoy the banter.

Ugh this is a bit harder as the West Wing is genuinely a top class show.

But The Shield is my favourite ever.

Michael Chiklis is outstanding and the show doesn't really let up at all.

West Wing is just a little too talky for me in comparison.

West Wing was brilliantly written, very smart and had great characters but I could say the same with The Shield but feel that the last few seasons of The Shield stay at a higher standard than some of the latter ones of WW and therefore give it a slight edge
