Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Would like to build an extension off dining room part of kitchen.have a window with radiator on w a all that would be removed.
    1. Would it be best budget wise to almost make another room rather than one big room, as in just break out the part of Sal where window and rad is?
    2. Would it be better budget wise to have normal ceiling or high ceiling in New part?
    3. Want to put a stove with back boiler in New part with two long windows at either side looking out to garden. A large slider door to left looking to patio. On right side, a couch with maybe a large window or some smaller windows. Is it a pretty much standard cost per sq foot, as in the bigger it goes the more it costs.
Sorry, I'm a bit clueless in what I'm trying to describe. Just conscious of my budget.
