Is there anywhere in dublin serving decent deep dish pizza , sick of the ever thinning landscape of crusts. Looking for a propper deep pan thats not from a freezer box.

This was asked relatively recently somewhere here (possibly the Dublin forum) and the decision was that nowhere had done it since TGI Fridays replaced the Chicago Pizza Pie Factory in the Stephens Green Centre.

The cooking time reduces throughput and increases costs so unless people were willing to pay (probably quite a bit) more for it it wouldn't be something you'd immediately jump at offering.
