Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi guys,

We currently have Sky fibre. The speed are quite good always hitting over 40 Mb/s on the 2.4ghz channels and hitting 90 over WIFI on the 5ghz channels.

We want to move as the cost is killing us and we just want internet with no TV.

The problem is Vodafone and Eircom will not offer us fibre as they say the maximum our line can handle is 15Mb/s ? We have checked the line on a few websites, Both VF and Eir have tested it ?

How can Sky offer fibre but Eircom can't ?

Sky use BTs LLU infrastructure which gives greater speeds than traditional ADSL lines. Can you not just switch to a BB only service with Sky?

It should be possible to cancel all of your services with Sky. They will most likely make you an offer to stay with them for
    broadband only.
