    Hi I need to request bills from 2012 & 2013. How do I go about doing this? Have had no luck getting a reply from when I emailed Electric Ireland.

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    The email teams require a number of working days to respond. We can respond sooner here in the Social Media department if you private message us the relevant MPRN or Electric Ireland account number, address, bill name, customer telephone number, and state for GDPR (Data Protection) that you are the account-holder.

    Please also confirm an address for the bill reprints to be posted to if different to the bill address.

    We will respond as soon as possible.
