Why ??? Closures only happen in red warnings, it’s yellow as orange not red !!

It's past your bedtime. Ask your teacher in the morning.

I think you will find it’s a teacher asking

DES has absconded from blanket closures due to several bad calls. It will be decided at local level- and generally, schools will now only close if in a red area, so up to students and their parents to make their own calls.

DES have now advised schools in affected areas to err on the side of caution and close if in doubt. A classic non statement.
