ESTA - No group found?

    Hi
    A week ago I applied for an ESTA with my wife.
    Today I check the website with my reference number and details and it says 'no group found'

    Anyone know how to contact them?
    Im travelling this day week.

    They did, naturally enough, take my payment from my bank account.
