Apologies if this is in the wrong place,

I am wondering what the best route is to get attic insulation and also down the line wall insulation pumped into the cavity?

SEAI have a website for possible grants but have anyone actually done this or other alternatives?

Another thing we were looking at doing is upgrading our heating system down the line, currently its oil tank and old boiler, we were possibly thinking of switching to gas which involves a road closure but not 100% sure in total costs, would anyone have an idea of possible alternatives?
