Running Proxy's

    I need multiple Irish IP's for my marketing efforts.

    Would anyone on here have any program's they would recommend for setting up my own proxy servers which I can connect my marketing software (scrapebox to) IP:port:pass

    I could either connect to the broadband networks with android and then run a gateway off android, or if needed I can even access the router's if a gateway proxy can be setup to connect to from there.

    Putting a pc on each site would be a lot of extra effort.
