Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Win tonight and we are all but through to the next round. Maybe rest a few people in the next two Europa games.

    Rest De Gea?

With chong and Gomes in last year of contract, no real developments there, Would explain why we haven't seen both in recent weeks.

I've already accepted that United will be knocked out of the EL by Inter next year anyway sure.

I can picture Lukaku doing his usual “shhh” celebration infront of the Stretford End so clearly.

We should be winning this by a good few tonight

Why would you set yourself up for that kind of disappointment?

Maybe tonight is the night they shock us :pac:. I see AZ scored 11 in two games against Astana while we struggled to get 1 against them at home. Hurry up Saudi prince

Ole loves rolling the dice with potential injuries to key players anyway, Surprised Rashford is playing again.

    We're going to lose...

Sometimes I start thinking maybe rashford is just unlucky but a top quality striker chips that over the keeper.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 19,371 ✭✭✭✭Liam O

One of those days for Rashford it's looking like already.

It's baffling considering Pereira and Lingard clearly need the minutes but I suppose winning here wraps up qualification.

Fûcking Rashford, your training since you were four was to hit it hard and low, not AT the keepers torso, fûck sake, an absolute joke of a forward.

We should easily be 2-0 up , two sitters spurned.

    Mata looks alert atleast.

AGAIN !!! A donkey ! How can anyone say this guy is good enough to pull on a United shirt... 15 minutes in he has a hat trick of...MISSED SITTERS GODDDDDD

Your definition of a sitter is very different to mine.

    Amazing assist from rashford too.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 25,837 ✭✭✭✭Strumms

Deserved, we are all over these, this could end up four or five, if we keep it away from Rashford.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,383 ✭✭✭S.M.B.

That's a lovely pass from Rashford, he's racking up the assists.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 25,837 ✭✭✭✭Strumms

Mctominay needs to be careful, probably only shielding himself and the ball but that could be interpreted otherwise.

We're going to regret all these misses

    Rashford particularly

He's got to get more clinical it's infuriating

I’m thinking the same... however their back four looks shakey as fûck and we are running through their midfield like they aren’t even there... just need to have some composure up front.

    Mctominay passing has been awful

Thing with Rashford is that he’s actually a decent player, but he’s just not very good at finishing chances. He should probably switch roles with Greenwood for the rest of this game.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,992 ✭✭✭paulbok

    That's more like it

Jesus what a brilliant goal, and deserved that’s class play.

We score twice in one half of football?

    Is the apocalypse nigh?

What a good goal from Martial

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,992 ✭✭✭paulbok

What is that strange number against United's name on the score board?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 25,837 ✭✭✭✭Strumms

We should be five up, this finishing sorry, I’ve been saying it all year, a sitter.

Create four or five good opportunities and your bound to take one out two of them.

    Good performance this.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,624 ✭✭✭votecounts

2 up but hell it should be a lot more, we're all over them and missed a few bad ones.

The apocalypse cometh if Utd score from a corner.

It's something I think will click at some stage. Getting in those positions is half the battle and he's shown the ability to finish them off before.

Honest question, how many more years are required for it to click?
