    Hi we are looking to build an extension to the back of our house, have the plans and builder sorted, looking for someone who can sign off on the stages etc for the bank. We are in North wicklow. Any recommendations and what sort of price range would we be looking at?

    It was an architect but couldn't commit to the rest of the project as we weren't sure of a Timeframe, plans were drawn up nearly a year ago he's unavailable now. It's a 36sqm single storey extension to the rear of our terraced house.
