Interest earning accounts for dollors in ireland

Hey. So basically ill be converting some of my money to dollars of which I wont be touching for a few years. Anyone know any banks be it irish or american I can put my converted dollars into so I earn interest on it over time?

PTSB do offer USD deposit accounts, but you will probably be disappointed when you see how very low their interest rates are. See page 4 on here: https://www.permanenttsb.ie/globalassets/pdf-documents/deposit-rates/bmk2328.-deposit-interest-rates.pdf

I don’t think any Irish bank offers anything better though.

Ulster Bank, BoI and AIB do USD accounts too. You need to ring them for the rates. At a good guess, the rates are probably rubbish.

If I had USD to spare, I would put it in a USD cash fund with Degiro. The return/yield is currently 2.05% with their USD money market cash fund. Obviously, there is risk involved but money market funds have a low risk level.
