BOI to AIB Mortgage IBAN

    Hi,
     I have the AIB IBAN to use to transfer money to my AIB mortgage. I tried to add as both Payee and Bill but I get an error saying 'This account cannot be added'. 

    I checked with AIB and there are no issues with doing an online transfer to this account. Any ideas why this is being rejected?

    I can PM the IBAN.

    This payee will need to be added for you by an advisor. You can certainly link in with our customer service on Freephone 1800946764 and they will add this for your straight away. Once this is complete you can begin making transfers into the account using your 365 Online.

     awesome, thanks for that! I did ask via a Service Desk message via 365 and they advised me I was just doing it wrong. I will call and get that set up!!
