Lightnet broadband

Anyone here using lightnet broadband? I'm in the headford area and the service has been horrendous for the last week. Rang their support and all they keep saying is they are looking into it. Wont even give a rough time line.

Hi, we're using Lightnet with no issues near Headford.. maybe get them to check your receiver alignment, switch to a different mast etc. .. we're linked to the mast across the lake above Oughterard. good luck.
