Seems GameStop are doing a discounted Cyberpunk for anyone with a next gen order.

They're still in stock on the polish site: https://www.microsoft.com/pl-pl/p/xbox-series-x/8wj714n3rbtl?icid=Cat-Xbox-Hero1-CTA1-XSX

I'm tempted to try grab one from there myself.

I spoke to them online, warranty is European, can ship to Ireland.

Anyone know the story with the power supply

Thats good news. A few other brands making those SSD expansions and it should be a bit more competitive.

Indeed, especially with Seagate overpricing theirs in the European markets.

I would consider this, I've been tasked with getting one for the nephew myself.
I assumed I had secured one from Currys 2 weeks ago but still no email.
It's from Santa so I'm feeling the pressure now!

Currys are beyond a joke at this point. Over 2 weeks later and they still haven't sent out confirmation emails (none that I've heard of yet anyway).

Would be EU cable/plug but I’ve read that it looks to be an ‘IEC C8’, which you can get for a fiver on Amazon.

So the cable on an existing xbox would probably do the job

They're a disaster alright, I wouldn't be inclined to buy from them again

I've a feeling they'll send us the email asking for the rest of the payment quick enough though.
I believe that's 28 days before release of the Series X

I'm guessing that it'll run like dogs**t on PS4 and Xbox One. The Pro/X might be ok, but I really can't see it running with a steady frame rate/resolution on base machines at all.

Anyone know what this Gamestop Cyberpunk deal is?

Anyone know what this Gamestop Cyberpunk deal is?

Think it's only available to people who have a confirmed order with GS for one of those consoles

I have a confirmed online pre order. Emailed them to ask about the deal and they told me it was in store only.

    Madness

Or just got a plug adaptor? Or cut off end put a normal Irish plug on it? Voltages are same?

You could even push down the earth pin in the plug an insert the European plug an it will work.

I just spoke to GS on the phone earlier, regarding this.
It's not on their system yet, but will be up in the next week or so. For in-store
only, so far. But it will possibly be an option, for online confirmed orders too.
For the ones that ordered in-store, you just add it to your console when you're
collecting the console on release day. As in when you are paying at the till and
    they'll deduct the offer there.

I'll be looking out for the Western Digital ones. I've been using their drives for years and never had an issue with them.

Power supply is built in, so it's just a standard figure 8 power cable. Pick them up anywhere really, powercity, DID, etc.

Yes I was thinking about that afterwards. We'll have to wait and see what
    way they'll do it.

An Xbox Series X upgrade will be released free in 2021.

The release in November is an Xbox One release but will of course work on the series X.

Can you still trade in the One X and 3 games to Gamestop?
