Is Dermot for real saying that? Every house he’s ever done is 90% glass

Hasn’t Dermo spent his career putting in glass walls into other people’s houses & he never thought how they’d look at night..!!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,784 ✭✭✭✭Charlie19

not nessiserally. if everything wasa specced in every detail then it could easily happen. lads like dermot are ocd about details so it wouldnt suprise me if the spec was insanily detailed

I just can't see it myself, it looks to be just fabricated for tv. Each builder would have their own trade subcontractors ie Structural steel, roofers, plumbing, electrical, plastering ect ect.

Are you kidding me? He's saying glass walls are actually scary in Ireland. Sure he makes EVERYONE get a big glass wall. He's some joker now.

    some of it yes.

a lot of these builders just work to per unit pricing. x euro per socket, rad etc.

if he speced specifice windows and brands etc it could all be priced buy the same suppliers.
