Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Help getting FTTH installed

    Hello,

Is there any way to speed up the process of getting my house connected to the network, either through open eir or siro?

I purchased a house in an estate last December, and I am still waiting on a phone connection to the house. Originally I was promised by eir a connection in February, then March, then June, and since then they have stopped responding. Gone to other providers and none of them have been able to give me a date for connection. Have had several KN technicians sent out, who have all said that the ducting is there, is just needs to be connected by open eir.

Is there anything I can do to speed this up? It has been 10 months and I can't even get a basic phone line put in.

The house is phase 2 of the estate, phase 1 is already connected to both open eir and siro offering 1gb connection.
