Refelting a flat Felt Roof

    Hi,

    I need to refelt a flat felt roof, of about 20sq meters in size, flat felt roof is on top of a two story house .

    Would anybody know a ballpark figure per sq meter on the cost of doing this . I have heard that a fibre Glass Coating can be applied to improve on the Felt Roof, is this worth while and what would be the extra cost to do this per sq meter.

    I live outside the big towns , dont know if this would a big impact on cost or not.
